At first I was super shy and did not know how to become a professional photographer so I decided to get out of my comfort zone and started to connect with my teachers and peers by asking many questions and gaining knowledge about photography. During my time studying commercial photography, I have gained more knowledge about creating and capturing the perfect photograph. The ending of my book will showcase my final semester at AAU, Fall 2021. Where I have learned how to be organized; set up and take down lighting equipment in a timely manner, and communicate with a photography crew, stylist, makeup artist, and the model. While, using the correct lighting and camera equipment to use in a studio on a location photoshoot.

My intended five-year goals after departing from AAU are to; purchase a studio in Los Angeles or New York, with my own lighting and camera equipment. Create a network for models and fashion houses to use me as one of their main photographers. To create a stable income from my photography to be able to create bigger photo shoot sets. To achieve these goals I will have to network and also become a photographer’s apprentice or assistant and also be able to purchase lighting and camera equipment. I would look for studios in LA and NY so that I can start to bring in clients who need their photos taken.
